What we do....

SPARK (Student Pathways to Adventure, Resilience and Knowledge) is an after-school and summer program that aims to reduce and prevent substance use among teens (or grades 6 & up) by teaching life-skills, improving social and emotional tools and getting kids excited about life. We offer programming in things like:
Outdoor adventure:
    mountain biking
    rock climbing
    kayaking

Visual arts:

    drawing

Gaming 
     role playing
     table games
​     video games
​etc...
Outdoor recreation:
   fishing

    fly fishing

Practical skills:
    cooking
    camping
​    survival skills
​etc...

                                              and of course, plenty of dodgeball, kickball and capture the flag.  ​
Really, the only limit is our imagination.  
​If your child has a genuine interest, we will find some way to help them pursue it.

Details....

* The program is open to students ages 12 and up (or at least in grade 6).
* There is no cost to participate in the program.
* Transportation home (including to Marengo and Bad River)  is available for students who need it.
