SPARK REGISTRATION

STEP 1: Register your child (this form is needed to participate in any SPARK programming)

​When you click submit, you will be redirected to our waiver packet which also needs to be signed.

We have a limit on the number of youth we can accommodate each day.   
Please reserve a spot for today or tomorrow using the link below each day you would like to come to SPARK! 
If you don't see the day you're looking for, we're already full for that day. Check back tomorrow!
